
I was reading a book on weight loss & they suggested a snack idea that I thought sounded good but I'd never had it before. Plain old apple with peanut butter! I tried it today & I must say what a great snack! I really liked it & I recommend this snack & I will be having it again.
I did my workout video this a.m. My goal is 3/week, so I'm off to a good start!
